Our lambs are born in March and April at our home farm in Bigfork. They are moved to our Echo Lake property in late April when grazing season arrives, and graze with their moms until weaning in August. They are then finished on 100% forage (i.e. no grain finishing) until processing time in late October. All processing is done by Lower Valley Processing in Kalispell, MT, which is a USDA-certified facility. Lambs are cut per customer's orders and picked up directly from Lower Valley.
